OVERVIEW
ClientFlow is a SaaS platform designed to streamline how freelancers and agencies manage client relationships, proposals, and project pipelines. The brief was clear: build a marketing site that felt fast, trustworthy, and distinctly modern, something that could convert both solo freelancers and team leads.

PROBLEM
Most client management tools have notoriously cluttered marketing pages, feature dumps with no hierarchy, dark UIs that feel more like dashboards than landing pages, and zero emotional resonance for the person actually signing up.
ClientFlow needed to feel different. The site had to speak to two very distinct audiences, the freelancer evaluating it alone at midnight, and the agency ops lead doing due diligence in a team meeting without alienating either.
The challenge: design a page that makes a busy agency lead and a solo freelancer both say this is exactly what I need, in under 10 seconds.
SOLUTION
The solution was a benefit-first, conversion-structured landing page built entirely in Framer. Instead of leading with features, the hero zeroes in on the emotional outcome: more clients, less chaos. Every section was designed to reduce friction and build trust progressively social proof appearing exactly when hesitation would naturally arise.
PROCESS
Component Architecture
Built a reusable component library inside Framer: buttons, cards, feature blocks, and navigation, all using Framer's component overrides system. This kept the design system consistent and made iteration fast.
Responsive Breakpoints
Framer's responsive canvas was used to design three distinct breakpoints: desktop (1440px), tablet (768px), and mobile (390px). Each breakpoint was carefully considered rather than auto-generated, particularly the mobile nav and hero layout which were redesigned from scratch.
Scroll & Appear Animations
Used Framer's built-in appear animations with custom easing curves and staggered delays. The hero headline, subtext, and CTA animate in sequence on load. Feature sections reveal as the user scrolls, using Framer's intersection-based triggers, no custom code required.
Performance optimization
Images were exported at optimal sizes and served via Framer's CDN. Heavy animations were scoped to above-the-fold elements only, ensuring fast initial load on mobile. Achieved 98 on Lighthouse performance without any custom code intervention.
OUTCOME
The client called it the most polished marketing site they'd seen in the SaaS productivity space. The responsive design works flawlessly across all tested devices, and the CMS has been actively used since handoff, zero support requests.
Achieved a 98 Lighthouse performance score on desktop. Fast, accessible, and production-ready from day one. Built entirely in Framer without a single line of custom code.
